The Trade School – TTS 

  1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access granted to our proprietary Volume Spread Analysis (VSA) teachings, trade ideas, and intellectual property, The Trade School – TTS maintains a strict NO REFUND policy. Once access to our community, Discord, or educational materials has been granted, the service is considered “delivered” and “used.” Therefore, no refunds—partial or full—will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: 

  • Dissatisfaction with trade ideas or market performance. 
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date. 
  • Lack of use or “changing your mind.” 
  • Technical issues on the user’s end. 
  1. Nature of Digital Goods

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you are gaining immediate access to sensitive market data and educational content that cannot be “returned.” As such, all sales are final at the moment of transaction. 

  1. Subscription Cancellations

You are responsible for managing your subscription. You may cancel your membership at any time via the email or from the dashboard or from the service provider. 

  • Cancellation Timing: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date. 
  • Access Post-Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the TTS community until the end of your current paid billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in a cycle. 
  1. “No Profit” Guarantee

Trading involves significant risk. The Trade School – TTS provides educational trade ideas and analysis, but we do not guarantee profits or specific financial outcomes. A loss in the market is not grounds for a refund. 

  1. Policy Acknowledgement

By clicking “Pay,” “Subscribe,” or “Join,” you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy. Any attempts to circumvent this policy via “friendly fraud” or chargeback disputes will be contested using your signed acknowledgement of these terms.
