End User License Agreement

The Trade School – TTS 

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and The Trade School (“TTS”) for the use of the FOC community, VSA educational materials, trade ideas, and proprietary content (collectively, the “Licensed Content”). 

BY ACCESSING THE CONTENT ON WHOP OR DISCORD, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS THE CONTENT. 

  1. Grant of License

The Trade School grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and view the Licensed Content solely for your own personal, non-commercial, educational use. 

  1. Restrictions on Use

You strictly agree that you shall NOT: 

  • Share or Re-distribute: Copy, share, screenshot, or record any trade ideas, VSA teachings, or community discussions to any third party, social media, or other trading groups. 
  • Commercialize: Use the Licensed Content to provide your own signal service, coaching, or commercial product. 
  • Account Share: Share your Whop or Discord login credentials with any other person. One license equals one human user. 
  • Reverse Engineer: Attempt to automate, “scrape,” or extract the logic behind TTS proprietary VSA indicators or methods for the purpose of replication. 
  1. Intellectual Property Ownership

TTS retains all rights, titles, and interests in the Licensed Content, including all copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the VSA strategies or trade methodologies provided. 

  1. Termination of License

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all access to the TTS community and destroy any downloaded or saved materials. 

  • Note: Termination due to a breach of this EULA does not entitle the user to a refund. 
  1. No Warranty

The Licensed Content is provided “As Is.” TTS makes no warranties that the trade ideas or VSA analysis will be error-free or result in financial gain. The User assumes all risk associated with the application of the knowledge provided. 

  1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Trade School be liable for any financial losses, lost profits, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Licensed Content.
