The Trade School – TTS 

PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS 

The Trade School – TTS does NOT offer refunds for any of our services, memberships, or purchases. By accessing, browsing, or using our business page on any platform, and each time you do so, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this agreement in its entirety. 

  1. Nature of Service

You agree that The Trade School – TTS is an Educational Forum and is NOT a Financial Stock Market Alert or Signal Service. We do not provide personalized buy or sell alerts. All trade ideas based on Volume Spread Analysis (VSA), Intraday limit orders, Swing ideas, and Options strategies are for educational and illustrative purposes only. 

  1. By using our services, you understand that we do not promise specific financial results. Please perform your own due diligence before purchasing a membership, as no claims of unsatisfactory service or “false refund claims” will be entertained. 

    1. Eligibility

    By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not access The Trade School – TTS materials. 

    1. Recurring Payments and Subscriptions

    All payment plans at The Trade School – TTS (processed via different methods available on website) are recurring subscriptions. 

    • The recurring payment will be automatically debited from your account on the last day of the billing cycle. 
    • It is the client’s sole responsibility to cancel recurring payments before the billing deadline via the Whop dashboard. 
    • No refunds will be issued if the client fails to recognize or cancel the recurring subscription. 
    1. Cancelling Your Membership

    Members can cancel their membership directly through their Whop account settings. A cancellation will be effective at the end of the current paid membership cycle. Membership fees paid prior to the cancellation will not be refunded, in whole or in part. 

    The Trade School – TTS reserves the right to terminate your membership and this Agreement immediately if you fail to observe any provision of this Agreement or if authorized charges to your payment method are not honored. 

    1. Price Matching and Coupon Codes
    • Price Matching: We do not offer price matching for promotions, discounts, or special offers. The price at the time of purchase is final. 
    • Coupon Codes: If you fail to enter a coupon code at checkout, no refund for the balance amount will be provided. It is your responsibility to ensure the code is applied correctly before finalizing the transaction. 
    1. Limited User License

    The Trade School – TTS grants the Member a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to access and use the Service. 

    • You are strictly prohibited from copying, selling, modifying, distributing, or reproducing any VSA teachings, videos, trade ideas, or content without prior written consent from The Trade School – TTS. 
    • Use of “bots,” spiders, or manual processes to monitor or copy our content is strictly prohibited. 
    1. Prohibited Activities & Termination
    • Account Sharing: Members are strictly prohibited from sharing login credentials. Each membership is for a single user only. 
    • Competing Communities: Members are not permitted to create or operate competing trading communities that leverage the intellectual property or strategies (VSA) of The Trade School – TTS. 
    • Termination: Violation of these policies will result in immediate termination without a refund. 
    1. General Community Rules

    To ensure a professional environment, all members must adhere to the following: 

    1. Professionalism: Be respectful; no harassment, discrimination, or hate speech. 
    1. No Financial Advice: Any attempt to provide individual investment advice is strictly prohibited. This is an educational community. 
    1. Appropriate Content: No spamming, self-promotion, or sharing of explicit/offensive content. 
    1. No Disparagement: Do not make derisive comments against moderators or staff. 
    1. No Politics: Do not share or discuss political views within the community. 

    Violations: Failure to follow these rules will result in expulsion. If banned for a conduct violation, The Trade School – TTS may, at its discretion, provide a prorated refund minus administrative fees (specifically for Quarterly or Annual plans), but is under no obligation to do so for Monthly memberships. 

    1. Changes to Terms

    The Trade School – TTS reserves the right to change or add to these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Whop page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 

     

    Disclaimer 

    Trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones’ financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
