Due to the immediate and downloadable access provided to our courses, once your payment is processed and your account is activated, we do not offer refunds. This applies to all of our offerings, including the Forex Trading Course, Pakistan Stock Market Course, US Stock Market Course, Price Action Trading Course, Volume Spread Analysis Course, and any additional value-added services such as live mentorship, Discord community access, or live trade ideas sharing.
In exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate or accidental payments, students may contact our support team within 48 hours for assistance. We do not offer installments or partial payment options, as granting access to paid courses in multiple payments poses a risk to our content security. Any attempt to misuse our no-refund policy, including false chargebacks, will be considered fraudulent and may result in account termination or legal action.
Course access durations are defined as 6 months for the Price Action Trading Course and 24 months for the Volume Spread Analysis Course. Students may request extensions at any time, but granting such extensions remains solely at the discretion of The Trade School.
